Just like many people, I have always had struggles with my weight.

My breaking point came in 2012, just a few months after I had my second child.

I was the typical wife, busy mom of two beautiful kids, and although happy...something was missing.

I desperately needed a change. 

The day I found myself a personal trainer I never looked back! Since that day in 2012 I have lost 80+ pounds and continue to find new and creative ways to challenge myself.

As I seen my body change throughout my own journey, I really found a passion for fitness.

Getting certified as a personal trainer has been one of the proudest moments of my life. I thoroughly enjoy helping others and seeing the mental and physical transformation each client goes through.
